What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Are Poppy Lissiman products vegan-friendly?
Yes, we are proud to be a 100% cruelty-free brand. All of our handbags and accessories are made using high-quality faux leather (PU) and other non-animal derived materials.
Do I have to pay international customs duties and taxes?
