At Poppy Lissiman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your colorful new accessories. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging included.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original protective pouches and shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep a copy of your tracking number; your refund will be processed once the items pass quality control.
